For Peace of Mind

From the publisher's desk

Welcome to the Winter 2005 edition, to those of you who are regular readers, yes we are a little late. For this I apologise and make no excuses.

This issue we continue to bring you a plethora of interesting and informative stories, tourists volunteering to work in the Northern Territory's National Parks - an interesting way to take a holiday, Burial at Sea (well why not!), Winning a million $$$ on the internet, well maybe not but I just couldn't resist that one. Plus we have all our regular articles on travel, animals, counselling and religion.

We have been publishing Peace of Mind for three-and-a-half years now and when I started this magazine a lot of people said you're going to run out of story ideas and interest. The amazing thing is, we have gone completely the other way.

I could easily increase the magazine to 150 pages there's just so much to write about and as for the interest, well the readership has grown out of sight.

Our website has also really hit the mark, www.forpeaceofmind.com.au, we are getting over ten thousand hits a day worldwide, I guess that means we must be doing something right doesn't it?

The subscriptions continue to pour in, and the interest in our little magazine just keeps on growing. I don't think we are doing anything overly special I just think we present these sometimes difficult issues in an open honest and positive way.

Once again I would like to take a moment to thank the sponsors and advertisers within the magazine as without them we would not be here. And finally to you the reader, thank you and enjoy!

Remember, as we like to say, you can never be too young nor too old to plan ahead and have some Peace of Mind.
